Objective

Aegion was expanding internationally with an additional offices and found it a daunting task for their Human Resource Department to service and fill the employment demands of placement.

Solution

Created an interactive website or HR toolkit which generated employment hiring notices.

The user friendly website or “HR toolkit” allowed the client to create customized job postings for all levels of positions within the organization from managers, administrative assistants to field workers. The toolkit streamlined the hiring process by offering customized options for each posting; the ability to choose a position title, salary range with bonus options and 100 preloaded photo selections to coincide with the position. Once the order of employment materials is received, the client has two options; digital copies can be shipped directly or the client can download electronically and produce from their own desktop.
