Objective

Kent Precision Foods had a growing need for in-house customer service and sampling departments to provide the necessary materials to their client physicians.

Solution

Created an on-line automated program that simplified and customized product choices for physicians which reduced company overhead and eliminated waste.

On-line program allows physicians to order sample product, coupons and collateral information for use in their practice. The materials created are customized for each physician’s practice. This customized program allowed Kent to reduce staff needed to supply the healthcare kits to physicians while capturing sales data and creating an increase in qualified sales leads.
